Primolut N (Norethisterone) 5mg Tablets by OBS Pharma is a prescription progestin medication containing the synthetic hormone norethisterone. It is indicated for the treatment of various menstrual and gynecological disorders, including dysfunctional uterine bleeding (metropathia haemorrhagica), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), endometriosis, menorrhagia (heavy periods), and dysmenorrhoea (painful periods). It is also commonly used for the postponement of menstruation when needed for special circumstances such as travel, sports, or surgery. Norethisterone works by mimicking the effects of the natural female hormone progesterone, helping to regulate the menstrual cycle and control abnormal bleeding
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Norethisterone BP: 5 mg

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@mydrugstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Drug Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore)
- Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@mydrugstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@mydrugstore.pk)
